Is ClubWPT Gold Real Money Poker? Let’s Break It Down ClubWPT Gold looks like real-money poker but works differently. It uses two types of chips: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are just for fun and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins, however, let you win real prizes like cash. For example, you can swap 100 Sweeps Coins for $100 in cash once you meet the rules. How the Two Coins Work in Action

WPT Gold is a sweepstakes-style poker platform from the World Poker Tour that uses two separate balances: Gold Coins for casual play and Sweeps Coins for prize-eligible play. For example, a player may use Gold Coins to join a practice table, while Sweeps Coins are the currency that can be redeemed for cash if the site’s rules are met. The basic idea is simple: you do not deposit money into a normal real-money poker account, but instead you get access through coin packages and promotions.
