ClubWPT Gold operates using a sweepstakes-based model, meaning it does not charge traditional “commission” like a standard online casino, but it does collect fees through a mechanism called “rake” to keep the games running. For instance, in cash games where you use Sweeps Coins, the house typically takes a 4% rake from each pot, which aligns with standard industry practices for online poker platforms. When you participate in tournaments, you will encounter a fixed fee structure, often ranging between 10% and 15% of the total entry cost.
